Remote SMB SaaS Sales Leader (EMEA)

Aikido in London is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our SMB sales team across EMEA. You will coach a team of Account Executives, lead from the front, and raise the bar on execution and deals.

You will drive pipeline, collaborate with marketing on GTM initiatives for SMB customers, and hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent, while forecasting performance and maintaining high accountability.
