Global Director of Professional Services & Delivery

Mercury seeks a senior delivery leader to own global implementations and manage the Professional Services function. You’ll guide Team Leads across Project Management, Product Deployment, Data Analysis and Training, establishing standards, governance and credible delivery across regions.

You’ll drive capacity planning, portfolio health, risk management and stakeholder engagement with a focus on quality, commercial discipline and customer outcomes.
