Senior Corporate Counsel – M&A & Finance (12m FTC, Hybrid)

Sage is seeking an English-qualified lawyer to join the Corporate Legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will provide end-to-end legal support on cross-border M&A, strategic finance matters, and intragroup projects, working closely with Corporate Development and Finance.

You’ll lead transaction documentation, advise on governance issues, and support restructurings, debt financing, and capital markets activities. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the London office.
