Senior Employment Counsel – Strategic HR & TUPE Expert

Centrica Energy Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Employment to join the LRECS team in the UK. You will advise on day-to-day employment issues and manage external lines of defence for Employment Tribunal matters, while guiding HR policy and pay-related topics.

You will work with acceleration-ready teams, support TUPE implications, and contribute to strategic arrangements with M&A, procurement and other specialists across Centrica.
