Private Credit Counsel – UK PQE 3–5 (Hybrid)

Garkal International in London (Mayfair) seeks a UK-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE to focus on private credit and structured debt transactions. You will structure, negotiate and execute deals, drafting and negotiating transaction and financing documents.

Ideal candidates come from leading UK law firms or asset managers and will work closely with Investment and Structuring teams, managing complex debt transactions with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
