Lead Clinical Psychologist, Community Mental Health Teams

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Principal Psychologist to lead psychological therapies within CMHTs in the North of the county. The post-holder will supervise and line manage staff, carry out clinical work, and contribute to service development.

You will work with severe and enduring mental health difficulties including complex trauma and psychosis, embedding community psychology ideas and MDT collaboration.
