Director of Learning – Creative & Performing Arts

Batley Grammar School is seeking a Director of Learning for Creative and Performing to lead Art, Design, PE, Music and Drama. You will work with the Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education to raise teaching standards and learner outcomes across disciplines.

You will line-manage subject leads, implement robust QA measures, and drive targeted professional development, curriculum strategy, and assessment for learning aligned to national developments.
