Store Operations Leader: Efficiency & Customer Experience

Prada Group is seeking an In-Store Operations Manager to drive back-of-house efficiency and seamless collaboration with front-of-house teams. You will oversee stock, streamline workflows, and ensure health and safety compliance to support exceptional client experiences.

You’ll lead the stock team, manage reporting to HQ, and coordinate with IT and third-party suppliers while maintaining strong communication across stores and with the Store Director.
