Advanced Clinical Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner – GP Out-of-Hours

PHL Group is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for its GP OOH service in the Northeast. You will conduct autonomous assessments, diagnose, treat and refer or discharge patients within local pathways.
