  • Leading customer project calls and reviews, providing clear updates on progress, risks, issues and actions.
  • Building and managing detailed project plans and Gantt charts with clearly defined milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, dependencies, priorities and resources.
  • Monitoring project costs and commercial requirements, escalating any potential impact on budget or customer expectations.
  • Identifying risks / issues early and putting effective mitigation plans in place.
  • Managing changes to customer requirements so they are properly assessed, communicated and controlled.
  • Keeping project documentation and ERP/CRM systems accurate / up to date.
  • Providing regular project reporting to customers and senior management.
  • Supporting quotations and commercial activity, ensuring customer requirements and project scope are clearly understood.
  • Continuously improving how we deliver projects, communicate and look after customers.

About you

You might currently be a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Project/Account Manager. Whatever your title, you’re comfortable taking ownership, making things happen and keeping multiple plates spinning in a manufacturing setting.

You’ll bring experience of:

  • Managing projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Producing and managing detailed project plans and Gantt charts.
  • Juggling multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Leading customer meetings and project reviews, ideally with Tier 1 customers.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Managing risks, issues, actions and change.
  • Reporting progress to customers and senior management.
  • Working with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and project planning tools.

This represents a superb opportunity to join a real Scottish success story with a superb culture.

Alongside your base salary all employees will get access to

  • company performance bonuses, paid 1-2 times per year
  • share options
  • 31 days leave
  • solid company pension

If you’re a confident, organised project professional looking for a role where you’ll have genuine ownership and visibility, we’d love to hear from you.
