Principal Structural Engineer – Lead Design & Mentor Teams

ICE Recruit is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer in Manchester to lead design across a range of schemes while mentoring junior engineers. You will own structural decisions, attend site meetings, and develop strong client relationships to deliver practical, innovative solutions.

The candidate will be Chartered with an MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, with substantial hands-on experience in building structures and excellent communication across teams.
