Senior HR ER Casework Lead (Hybrid)

Marsh in London seeks an experienced HR Manager – ER Casework on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and offers exposure to a broad Employee Relations remit.

You will manage complex ER cases end-to-end, coach UK People Managers, draft formal documentation, and align with CoE and People Partners to deliver HR programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service.
