S106 & Monitoring Officer — Planning Policy (Hybrid)

Maldon District Council, in partnership with Essex Shared Services, seeks a S106 and Monitoring Officer to support the Planning Policy Team. The role is full-time with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office) and may require occasional evening commitments to align with committee schedules.

You will lead on 106 obligations, monitoring, reporting and governance to support the Local Plan delivery and housing trajectory.
