Clinical Lead – Trauma-Informed Counselling

Solace Women’s Aid is recruiting a Clinical Lead Manager to support counsellors delivering therapeutic services for survivors of sexual violence. The role provides clinical guidance in a psychologically informed, feminist framework and oversees 1:1 and group programmes within NLRC.

The post holder collaborates across the Pan-London Sexual Violence Alliance, guiding safeguarding, and shaping clinical practice. Relevant qualifications and BACP accreditation are required or pursued.
