Hybrid: Commercial & Data Protection Associate

Simpson Judge is recruiting a Commercial & Data Protection Associate to join its Commercial team in Bristol or Exeter on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ PQE with a strong background in commercial contracts and data protection, and experience with non-contentious matters and technology-related work.

You will advise clients across a broad range of commercial issues, draft and negotiate contracts including SaaS and data processing provisions, and work closely with Partners
