Deputy Manager – New 4-Bed Children’s Home | £40k + £5k

Sgscare in Whiteparish, near Salisbury, is recruiting a Deputy Manager to lead a brand-new 4-bed assessment home for young people aged 8–17 with EBD. You will hold the Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce and aim to achieve the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment, 160 hours per month plus 11 sleep-ins, with a £40,260 annual salary and a £5,000 joining bonus. Sleep-ins paid at £65 each.
