Cellular Pathology BMS Team Lead – QA & Training

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Biomedical Scientist to lead multiple sections of the service, ensuring quality, supervising staff and trainees, and maintaining high standards of patient care in a busy department.

The role includes managing daily rotas, supporting training, and upholding ISO 15189:2022 accreditation standards within a collaborative team environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm.
