AI, Equity & Recruitment Research Fellow (Post-Doc)

The University of Sussex invites applications for a Post-Doc Research Fellow on AI, Gender and Race for recruitment and development in HR. You will aim to publish journal articles on the impact of AI recruitment tools in relation to gender and racial inequalities at work, in collaboration with Professor Jacqueline O’Reilly.

You will present findings at conferences and contribute to policy briefs and blogs with the communications team, helping to promote Digit and the project.
