Senior CYPMHS Practitioner — Crisis & CORE Pathways Lead

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior CYPMHS Practitioner to work four days a week across the CORE and Crisis & Liaison Pathways in Leeds. The post is fixed term until 30 June 2027, with MDT and leadership responsibilities focused on risk assessment and care coordination for young people up to 18 and their families.
