Wild Bio, an Oxfordshire spin-out, seeks a driven Research Associate or Scientist to translate lab innovations into real-world crop solutions. You will support enzyme and biochemical workflows, while advancing carbon removal pipelines and plant genetic techniques.

You will work on an interdisciplinary team, developing scalable crop technologies, analysing data, and contributing to SOPs and reports. Hybrid/onsite flexibility is offered, with a focus on hands-on experimentation.
