Senior Palliative Care CNS — Community Specialist

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care team. The post focuses on delivering highly specialist palliative care advice, support and monitoring to patients, families and staff across the Central Cheshire community footprint.
