Ingeus is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to operate from the Central London region, building relationships with employers and turning conversations into meaningful job opportunities for young people.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, developing a strong employer pipeline, creating suitable roles, and collaborating with colleagues on matching and onboarding. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
