Deputy Ward Manager – Mental Health Care

EPUT is recruiting Deputy Ward Managers for Brockfield House, a 7-ward in-patient mental health unit. These roles are Full Time and Permanent, serving adults aged 18–65 detained under the Mental Health Act or court order.

You will act as a role model, supervise nurses and HCAs, work with external agencies, and ensure high-quality care while delivering audits and adhering to Trust policies.
