The Cyber Helpline is seeking a Safeguarding and Specialist Casework Lead on a 12-month maternity cover to manage safeguarding responses and provide specialist support for high‑risk service users. You will work remotely from the UK, supported by a safeguarding leadership structure and a dedicated team with cyber expertise.
In this role you will handle escalation pathways, coordinate referrals, support staff and volunteers, and contribute to training and improvements in safeguarding practice
