Senior SPA Team Lead – Mental Health

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Team Manager for the Richmond Single Point of Access Team. You will provide operational leadership for referrals, day-to-day problem solving, and interface with Primary Care mental health teams and talking therapies.

The role requires strong people management, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a complex environment, driving service development and performance against nationally agreed targets.
