Lead Children’s Residential Home Manager

First for Support LTD. is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in Sway, near Lymington. Salary up to £55,000 per annum. Role supports leadership of a small home currently caring for two children, ensuring Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and high-quality care are met.

The role emphasizes therapeutic practice, staff development, and strong safeguarding. Sleep-in duties are paid in addition at £55 per sleep and flexibility is expected on hours.
