Crisis Assessment Nurse – Community Mental Health (Band 6)

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse for the Richmond Home Treatment Team based in Teddington. The role provides crisis assessments and home-based care as an alternative to hospital admission.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, managing risk and developing crisis plans to support safe discharge while contributing to service development and quality improvement.
