Locality Manager — Flexible Community Disability Services

North Lanarkshire Council in Coatbridge is recruiting a Service Manager responsible for leading a disability support service, managing the budget and staff, and delivering person-centred outcomes in partnership with users, carers and colleagues.

You will drive service development, monitor performance and ensure best value, with PVG clearance and SSSC registration required or in process. Interviews planned for 22 October 2026.
