Deputy SENCo — SEND Leadership & Inclusion Coach

Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy seeks a Deputy SENCo to join its SEND team and support the SENCo in leading a comprehensive SEND provision. The role focuses on driving high standards and ensuring positive outcomes for students with diverse needs.

You will deputise for the SENCo in non-statutory matters, require excellent communication, and demonstrate a firm understanding of SEND legislation to support inclusive learning across the Academy.
