Job Description:
The Education Training Collective (Etc.) through Redcar and Cleveland College seeks a Course Leader in Health and Social Care. You will lead an aspirational curriculum, coordinate schemes of work, and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment that promote learner achievement and progression.
You will drive curriculum development, manage learner support, and build strong relationships with employers and placement providers while upholding safeguarding and EDIB principles.
