SCPHN School Nurse: Lead, Safeguard & Innovate Child Health

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is recruiting a School Nurse (SCPHN) to join the North Hertfordshire and Stevenage team. The post focuses on delivering the 5-19 Healthy Child Programme and safeguarding.

You will work with children, young people and families in schools and community settings, carry out triage, assessment, plan care, and provide health promotion. The Trust supports leadership development and supervision.
