Intensive Engagement & Housing Support Worker

Homeless Link’s The Connection at St Martin’s in London is seeking an Intensive Engagement Hub worker to support rough sleepers in Westminster. You will deliver intensive, wrap-around support aimed at moving clients into longer-term accommodation, working across hub sites and seasonal service offers.

The role forms part of a Westminster City Council pilot, with potential extension beyond six months, based at CSTM and other local sites. Salary £40,032–£44,906, with a London Living Wage employer.
