Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Social Work Practice Supervisor to support the Help and Protection team. You will work with the Team Manager to allocate families to Lead Practitioners and oversee timely, needs-led assessments and family plans.
You will lead regular reflective supervision, support a whole-family approach, and chair multi-agency meetings to implement and review plans. Strong safeguarding and inter-agency liaison are essential.
