Hygiene Manager – Lead Food Safety & Audit Readiness

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading food production business to recruit a Hygiene Manager based in Darlington. This full-time role focuses on leading the hygiene team and ensuring readiness for BRC audits across the site.

You will organise training, create work instructions for cleaning processes and drive improvements in cleaning and hygiene practices, while maintaining high Health & Safety standards.
