Job Description:
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Peritoneal Dialysis Specialist Nurse for a part-time role at 22.5 hours per week. The post supports home-based dialysis with visits to patients at home and across OUH sites, based at the Churchill Hospital.
You will manage a caseload, teach self-care PD skills, and work within a multidisciplinary team. Driving is required and the role involves community and hospital-based activities.
