Finance Manager | Impactful Charity Finance Leader (Hybrid)

Horizon Leisure Centres is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance team at Havant, ensuring timely and accurate accounting, cash management, and statutory compliance. You will own the cash-flow forecast, oversee grants and Gift Aid, and act as deputy to the Head of Finance, reporting to the Head of Finance with three direct reports.

You will drive robust controls, oversee payroll, VAT, and year-end processes while supporting charity accounts and multiple sites.
