Strategic Internal Account Manager

Jigsaw24 is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the virtual account team, acting as an extension of the Account Manager and handling day-to-day transactional activity, customer queries, and procurement/IT stakeholder engagement.

You will own internal commercial relationships for live customers, manage orders for accuracy, and support revenue realisation. Collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Service teams will ensure timely delivery and successful renewals.
