MRICS Valuation Officer – Public Sector Estate Lead

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a motivated Valuation Officer to join the Estates Team within the City Assets service. You will provide professional valuations and estate management across the council’s property portfolio and support asset management objectives.

The role requires MRICS, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Hybrid working with minimum two office days per week is offered.
