Inspiring Residential Manager – Children’s Home

Hartlepool Borough Council is recruiting a Residential Registered Manager for Exmoor Grove, a children’s home and short breaks unit. You will lead a team of residential social care staff, supported by two deputy managers, and ensure provision of high-quality care aligned with corporate parenting duties.

The post requires a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or a plan to attain within 3 years).
