Thriving Investments Limited is seeking a Finance Associate to join its growing investment business focused on affordable housing. You will support corporate finance activities, enable robust budgeting and forecasting, and provide insightful financial reporting to inform investment decisions.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders including the Fund Finance Director, Financial Controller and Fund Manager, ensuring governance and debt covenant compliance across the portfolio.
