Franchise Finance Analyst – Reporting & Growth

Co-op is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and shape finance processes underpinning our growing franchise business in the UK. You will deliver reporting, analysis and financial support across franchise stores, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

You’ll help set up new stores, support month-end, budgeting and forecast, maintain reconciliations, and assist with audits.
