Multi-Site Management Accountant for Growth & Insight

Citadel Source is partnering with a market‑leading PE‑backed organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. You will deliver monthly accounts, commercial analysis and reporting for the Group, with ownership of a division and regulated Trust.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will partner with operational teams, Compliance, FP&A and IT to strengthen controls, systems and decision‑making across multiple sites during a period of sustained growth.
