Credit Control Manager – Hybrid & Team Lead

FläktGroup UK is seeking a Credit Control Manager in Hereford to lead the accounts receivable function and support the intercompany streams. Based in the Hereford office, you will supervise a team of three, drive process improvements and ensure timely cash collection.

You will reconcile ledgers, monitor DSO, perform dispute monitoring, and liaise with management accountants to maintain robust credit checks and reporting to the Finance Director.
