In-House Commercial Real Estate Associate (Junior)

Ellis Wake in London seeks a junior associate (NQ and upward) for an in-house property/legal role. You will join a personable, well-connected team and work on commercial real estate matters with an eye for the local market.

Your duties include reviewing leases, marking up documents, liaising with the opposite side, and guiding lease acquisitions through to completion. A broad grasp of contracts, T&Cs and company law will help you thrive in this in-house environment.
