We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Ashford in a hybrid, end-to-end advisory role.
You’ll work closely with estate agency clients, estate agents and customers, managing the mortgage journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
What we’re looking for:
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Relevant mortgage and financial services industry knowledge
- Experience providing end-to-end mortgage advice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident working alongside estate agents and supporting their clients
- A proactive, sales-focused approach with a strong focus on customer service
Salary & Earnings
Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience + commission
Strong earning potential depending on individual sales performance.
