UK HR Operations Partner: Full Lifecycle & Compliance

TeamPeople, a division of System One, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our London operations. You will manage joining and leaving processes, advise managers on employee relations, and ensure compliance with UK laws and GDPR.

The role involves collaboration with the HR Manager and CHRO across regions, payroll oversight, and data accuracy in HRIS systems. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in UK HR, CIPD Level 5 or higher, and a degree in Business/Communications.
