HR Manager — Multi‑Site Hospitality, ER & Recruitment

Nelson Hotels & Inns is seeking an experienced HR Manager to deliver day-to-day HR operations across a five-site hospitality group. Based at Head Office (Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa), with occasional travel to all sites, the role supports managers and maintains consistent HR practice.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the full employee lifecycle, handle ER cases, assist recruitment, and ensure compliant HR processes. CIPD Level 5 and hospitality experience are highly advantageous.
