HR Operations & Employee Relations Lead

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to lead the HR Centre of Excellence, focusing on performance management, employee relations and people operations projects. The role requires collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team and a strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

You will work with HR Administrators to drive efficient HR processes, contribute to payroll checks when required, and support with salary reviews and bonus runs.
