People & Culture Lead – Higher Education, Hybrid

Girton College is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to drive advisory work, workforce planning and data-informed decisions. You will partner with Heads of Department and senior academics, modelling the College’s values while delivering high-quality HR services.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role requires CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, strong employment law knowledge, and a track record in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. 35 hours per week, hybrid, permanent.
