The Advocate Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join a growing international organisation, supporting and improving its HR technology landscape. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HRIS support, system optimisation and project work.
You’ll work closely with HR, IT and wider stakeholders to solve problems, improve processes and make sure the technology delivers for its users. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and strong stakeholder communication are essential.
